Three teenagers are ‘mentoring’ the Metropolitan Police's top women officers over the next six months.
The ‘reverse mentoring’ project hopes to help officers get closer to communities they serve by gaining a ‘younger’ perspectives on pressing social issue: social inequality, knife crime, domestic abuse.
