Once recorded, send your video selfie by WhatsApp to 07795 665 680 or email to [email protected] Please include your social media handles.
Mental health and wellbeing resources
Thrive LDN has been coordinating the public mental health response to COVID-19 in London to support the mental health and resilience of Londoners during and after the pandemic. As part of this, Thrive LDN have been working with partners to develop citywide public mental health messaging and resources. These can be downloaded HERE
In addition, Thrive LDN Project Manager Lise Hansen is working with London’s digital mental wellbeing service, Good Thinking to provide an online service around self-care for the four most common mental health conditions: anxiety, low mood, sleeping difficulties and stress.
