Open worldwide, The Everyday Heroine photography award put he spotlight on ordinary women who performed extraordinary jobs!
We invited photographers to grab their cameras, to find and record the lives of everyday heroines, to be their voice. To record those women who influenced their lives. Women who are or have been a source of inspiration or of aspiration or just comfort knowing they were there.
Photographers from over 50 different countries captured images of true heroines - mothers, grandmothers, nurses, doctors, teachers, social care workers and many strong and brave women.
On 22nd June our panel of judges will selcted the winning shots. These be showcased in London during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Oct 2017. Whatch this space for details.
